Flashnote Derby $4.99 Game for note reading. You choose the notes you would like to practice, then race against another horse. Cheering in the background for correct notes. Lets you review mistakes. Good for 4th/5th graders.
Treble Cat HD $4.99 Game for note reading. Notes scroll by on the staff, you have one minute to "collect" the right notes. Stage 1 starts off with one note, more notes get added. Good for 4th/5th graders.
Read Music $1.99 Choose from practicing note names, note values, music symbols, or intervals. In one minute, you have to pick the right answer out of 4 given possible answers. Good for 3rd-5th graders, but maybe not as entertaining as other games.

Jazzy World Tour $4.99 In this app you get to visit 10 different countries (USA, Brazil, Ireland, Spain, Egypt, Kenya, Russia, India, Japan, Australia). In each country you choose between learn, play, and create. You can learn about the country itself, its instruments, architecture, animals, food - lots of different things. You can "play" instruments by tapping on the animal holding an instrument. This app is for all ages. The pictures are geared toward younger students, but the content is also informative for older students.
